Dr. Thomaz De Campos Silva is an Australian-trained doctor who began his career with comprehensive training as an intern and medical resident at Flinders Medical Centre in Adelaide, followed by rotations in various surgical and medical specialties in major hospitals over the next 10 years. He is the director of Kangaroo Point Medical Centre, a centre of excellence affiliated with the University of Queensland (UQ), where he is heavily involved in research and the training of future doctors (as a lecturer).
